    Hi all! It's my husband and I's first ever attempt at a marine tank and I'm going to chronicle our journey here. :-d

    Live Rock (many many kgs)
    Live Sand
    Reef Octopus Classic 110-S
    APS Wavemaker
    Powerhead (can't remember brand)
    300w heater
    Octo AQ 2000

    And lastly.. Got this little bugger on a piece of the live rock. Looks like a bad one I think? Best plan of attack?

    looks like aiptasia, there is a product called aiptasia X which you can inject into the mouth area and it kills them, or alternatively remove the rock from the tank and attack it with a soldering iron
