Reet, after trying to play with my camera for a different purpose, I found a button that seems to be very useful when using the LCD as opposed to the viewfinder (I cannot as in the last 18 months have had surgery on both elbows for trapped nerves). The centre of the piccie zooms in to check the manual focus - wehayy, great.

The Tang now recognises when I am sorting their food out for them, He watches as I defrost the food and rinse it. During this time, he now does the food dance, he watches me like a hawk.

Gonna try hand feeding again soon, tried before a few times, but he was too scared still.

    Thank you all. )()0

I have decided that tonight, the tripod will come out (not bad for no tripod ehhh  ) and I am going to try using the RAW mode for some actinic, see if I can change the blasted F number using RAW settings

Just need to make sure that my Fuji Software is recognising the raw files, have had problems in the past uploading and converting them. :-?

Okay, had a good go with the RAW format for my piccies with various lights on.

Software to convert fuji raw to Tiff files is working ok, but it took 40 minutes to convert 27 photo's.

I am now uploading into photoshop, so far converting one file to open it has taken 10 minutes.

These fuckin pictures had better be worth it :-9 :-9 :-9

I can change the F number in RAW format. The zoom only uses the optical lens too so it seems to be a good setting.

However, can I be fucked to sit waiting for the frigging computer to process the files :-9 :-9 :-9

    Here we go then.

It seems it was my computer objected to the 50mb raw files, all 27 of them :-9

Eventually they are a little quicker to process, will try another batch, but unless I get quicker very quickly, it will be back to normal for me.

Using different lighting to usual piccies, this is 2 T5PC Actinic and 1 50/50

    Well

Just got up this afternoon and had a phonecall from the other half, got a delivery at Rochdale, do you want to go to Fishworld.

Quick call to Ste to see if the lazy one would be there, he was, so I went [011.gif]

Now, Matt had said he had a few bits upstairs that I could have a look through, see if there was owt I could use. Wow, got pumps, powerheads, a Fantastic quiet airpump (Tetratec one), heaters, all sorts.

This was the reason I went however, I overheard Ste say there was a Pistol Shrimp in, well I have been wanting one for a while now for my Yellow Watchman Goby.

So, after saying I would only buy frags now till I have Mega Bommies set up, I bought the pistol.

Huge amount of traffic getting back from Chadderton means I am just nearly ready to release him now.

Took a piccie in the bag, as I am not sure when I will next see him. Grumpy does sit and watch me though, so am hoping they will peep at me from there.

    Piccies later

He has ensconced himself in the rock work above the gbies cave, hope they find each other soon.

He fired his pistol too just after hiding, such a nice sound [thumbup.gif]
