How much did you add Pete, sounds like you've had a small spike with adding it.

Was it new LR or off a reefer and how long was it out of a system mate

10kg from a shop only meant to be in tank so didnt have to heat more water etc

could i put the rock in a barrel with a heater and pump to keep it alive till tanks sorted?

Yeah i dont see why not, it might loose some colour due to the lack of light but should stay alive

10kg from a shop is a bit Pete, I'm not really sure moving it now will help as it's already bleached into the system, and being from a shop it's defo not fully cured no matter what they say and there had been a spike.

I remember when I helped at matts and OMG when new LR came in you needed a gas mask sometimes.

This is what I would do the norm
    Water checks every day
    A good water change

If your really concerned about it yes move it to a tub small pump and heater but if it's for a good period I'd add a light ad well. I know more electric mate.

Chin up Mate I know you have had it rough with the old tank and The Perc but all I can say is plenty on here will help you out with frags etc when you change over Pete

Good Luck with the new tank... you must have used all your bad luck up for the next 60 months at least.
