Sure did at the High Voltage festival in Victoria Park, London.
It was a great set that day. I'm a big fan of Judas Priest who headlined that day.

Saw him play birmingham nia back about 7 years ago with velvet revolver. It was the gig where his top hat was stolen. It was an amazing gig...

Ah the great day's when all the big bands came to Hull City Hall Big Thumbs Up

Saw Maiden, Motorhead, Dio to name a few there.

Remember going to see Hawkwind with a mate 82/83 ish and wondering why groups of people were sat in circles smoking cigarrettes. Many years later I realised what had been going on HystericalHysterical

Was a Priest in Donny and Maiden at Sheffield a couple of months ago too refusing to grow old gracefully

From the forum name Nostradamus I take it your a Priest fan

Hawkwind was also a good concert in Hull.
Priest played Hull City Hall in 81 and I always remember going to Manchester the following night, must have been mad:-d

Your'e right there those days will never be the same.
Testament supported Priest a couple of years ago, really good show.
I like a lot of bands worst I have seen and will never pay to see again are Def Leppard.
I think all we have got are tribute bands now and Australian Pink Floyd supposed to be brilliant.
The Thin Lizzy tribute band Limehouse Lizzy are better than the new line up:-d At least the singer looks like Phil Lynott.

Same with all the smaller venues as you can actually "see" the band but we all know it's all about money these days.
