Royal gamma not well

Help needed, I couldn't see my royal gamma for a few days so had a good look around my tank. Finally found in a small hole in a bit of live rock. It took me around 40 minutes to break the rock open in the tank so must of stressed him out. The following evening (last night) I noticed him flashing against some algea so immediately added reef safe oodinex wide range marine treatment (invert friendly). He isn't rubbing against anything this morning but is hiding and the purple doesn't look as bright. What is everyone's opinion.
Thanks all

It just seems to be pale compared to last week. Just looking at my flasher wrasse and it looks like a white spot on one of his fins. I will keep an eye on everything for the next few days.

I have got quite a peaceful tank. Green chromis, clowns, flasher wrasse and cardinals. I think it was the stress of being stuck head first in a hole. Now it looks like ich is here. The last time I tried this hobbie I had a powder blue which got much and wiped my tank out. [emoji853]

Not necessarily, if you can't quarantine keep the fish well fed and not stressed, with the help of the oodinex they've got a chance of beating it.
I've used oodinex three times, the first two times I was convinced I would loose all the fish but lost none, unfortunately the third time I lost nine out of twelve fish in 48 hours.
I have no evidence for it but I think there's different strains if the parasite with some deadlier than others. Hopefully if it is ich yours is one of the weaker ones.

Good luck I have just been through a near tank wipeout just got 3 fish hanging on . Seems to be a lot of it about at present . Only my clown fish had something on them not spots but like a dusty covering, lost a few where they went pale then died.

Well I added my second dose of oodinex today, hopefully it will help. My Kenya tree coral isn't looking happy and one of the feather duster heads has dropped off. But fish looking ok at the minute.
