Here's what we have going on at Reef Fest 2013 (so far)
Saturday daytime;
Adult fishing match, set-up at 7:30am start 8:00am end 12:00 noon
Main shop opens at 9:30am
Trade stands open at 10:00am
Free tea, coffee & biscuits opens at 10:30am
BBQ weather permiting starts at 11:30am
Bike show starts at 11:30am
Birds of prey starts at 11:30am
Adult fishing match weigh in at 12:15pm
Kids fishing match set-up 1:30pm starts 2:00pm ends 4:00pm
kids weigh in at 4:15pm
Raffle drawn at 4:30pm.
Shop closes at 5:00pm
The bike ride will end sometime during Saturday, time to be confirmed.
Saturday night, Party time;
The Railway public house party doors open at 7:30pm.
Those wishing to have food at The Railway can come earlier.
Auction starts at 8:30pm
Once auction has ended then the resident DJ will entertain us.
We can dance, drink and be merry.
Sunday;
Shop opens at 10:00am
Free tea, coffee and biscuits start at 10:30
BBQ weather permiting and if there's anything left from Saturday starts at 11:30am
Ladies fishing match set-up at 1:30pm, starts at 2:00pm ends 4:00pm
Ladies weigh in at 4:15pm.
shop closes at 4pm
We have been promised by Hull KR and Hull fc that some of the players will be attending.
Hull Daily mail will be covering the event and we're hoping that Calander News and Look North news will also cover the event.
I've asked a local radio station for coverage as well.
I will be mentioning all and every company and person who has donated to the event on as many of these media sites as I posible can.
