    Spotted Garden Eel (Heteroconger hassi) really cool so they are i think i shall have one eventually.

    Yeah they have them the LFS but they say they need a six inch sand bed.

    [MENTION=18380]tyger[/MENTION] My lfs disagreed he said 3 to 4 inches is enough , i did read the 6 inches on the net also. What i was wondering is if they would be ok with my sustrate as it is not sand.

    Im not sure to be honest ive not done any research on them, they were in 4" of sand in the LFS and did look cool.
    Why not look at a jawfish they live in a hole and are fantastic characters, now my favourite fish.

    Nice looking fish. i liked this type Jawfish, Blue Dot (Opistognathus rosenblatti) i would not like to imagine the price in Norway . How much were the eels in your LFS ? 60 pound each here they are.

    How much did he set you back over there i will try and find out how much it would cost here lol
    may need a chair to fall back into though lol

    Worth it looks amazing so it does. I am sure it will be around 150 over here.

    I have to see i will be adding fish slowly as i said. I also have 3 weeks vaction in the summer so i think i will not have allot in the tank before i leave especially if they are expensive. Will most likey get corals all sorted first and a few cheaper fish.

    List i have revised to is :
    Firefish, Purple (Nemateleotris decora)
    Gold Assessor Basslet (Assessor flavissimus)
    2 x clowns regular
    Red Stop Light Cardinalfish (Fowleria flammea)
    3 x Blue Reef Chromis (Chromis cyaneus)

    I will see how this goes and decide weather i can add anymore. As i said i will add very slowly.

    Well i took the plunge today and ordered this :)

    Managed to get local marine store to order so should have it around 10 days time :) cant wait :whistling:
