Did you have DI resin in the reactor?

Bit of dirt in the outlet pipe or some dust or something in the resin? As long as the resin is packed down tight I imagine it should be fine

What happens to the TDS if you let it run for a while?

Sounds like it's flushing itself through, has it stayed packed down tight?

When you say you attached a reactor, what sort of reactor? If it's normal canister then it's worth checking you have the in and out flow the right way around.. and you must also use the insert in the canister, otherwise it'll just go in the top and out avoiding the resin altogether ..

bit late, but that's my tuppence worth ;-)

and used the same sensor / meter to measure the output of the di pod?

IF not use the same sensor and tubing in case any resin has escaped, unless the canister / insert was really dirty and it was fresh resin I can't see why it wouldn't work, Are the O-rings degraded at all?

I use two reactors like this for my DI resin section without issues..
