Radion Lights Not Automatically Turing Off

I just bought new ration lights. I put the turning off time at 9:30 but it’s not turning off automatically on the schedule. How do I set it properly any ideas ?

When you set it up did you calibrate the light Via Ecosmart live or USB ?

They done it from America but I plugged in my usb at the same time.

I would re calibrate them again , also check the firmware status they may need an update (Very simple to do)

I run 3 Xr30 Pro's and calibrate once a month and also reset then re program (I use a reef link)
