    Thanks guys, Ill be starting a project fndraising page soon to raise the funds for equipment and publication as the National Trust just dont have the means to do it. Keep your eyes peeled.

    your getting very good with that camera Big Thumbs Up at this point in time do you see yourself and family staying for more then two years, i do :clap:

    I think if we were offered we probably would yes. Especially given that Charlie starts school full time in September meaning more opportunities will open up for me. The National Trust director would like to make my post established and paid but that could happen untill Charlie is in school, which would then give me less than a year in post. So yes I think it might happen. But you never know with St Helena what is round the corner.

    oh dear poor Paul i think he'll be upset about this, i can imagine his face when he reads that post. Looking at some if those corals too..... oh dear...

    really sorry to see this. After all the hard work and efforts made its rather disappointing. Gutted.

    Corals dont look like they have grown out as much as Id of hoped, cant believe all those nems in with the SPS, and nothing in the back, £20,000 of brand new, top of the range system taken apart : (

    Hi, thanks, glad you enjoyed it, I love writing it. Ive not been updating anywhere near as often as Id like as we have been so busy. Ive only just got in tonight after a night time boat trip!!

    Sad that they are not going to carry on the work. After all the hrd work and all the incredible contributions from this forum. What a shame, Im gutted

    they looked ok paul, just the same as you the nems are overtaking the sps tank, not a very nice lady asked if she had any plans to do with the salty box she said no i dont need anything what you see in the public tanks is what we have and we dont want anything other than what the public see.

    What a shame. We were the first aquarium to really build a relationship with the hobbyists and she wants to throw it away!!

    That'll be the awesome lights that I brought in!

    Perhaps we could provide some form of feedback for her boss ... maybe not so much as saltybox as a whole but surely as tax paying individuals ?
