    Hi all, I’m fairly new to keeping marine fish and have had my tank up and running with live stock for a good 6months now, I just wanted to check these parameters are ok tho. I am testing with a API reef master kit.

    Temp: 74.4 F
    Salinity: 1.024
    Nitrate : 0 ppm
    Phosphate: 0.25 ppm
    Calcium: 420 ppm
    kH: 161.1 ppm ( I don’t know what this is)

    Can someone tell me if these are ok and if not what are the correct parameters I’m should be looking for.

    Many thanks

    depends what your stock is really
    soft corals would want more nitrates
    Kh =9 which is acceptable

    I might be tempted to nudge my temperature up a bit to around 76 degrees so that there are less severe fluctuations during the summer :cool:
