screen bigger as far as im aware the s2 is faster than the iphone4

I had a iphone now this is redundant as the s2 for me is leagues ahead. Its a good camera but I think the iphone4 is pretty good also

If Mr Dapple can give up an iPhone for an S2 then it has to be the S2 mate.

Having had loads of phones over the years, the only 2 that I like are the HTC Desire or iPhone. Granted mine is an iPhone3 but I would defo have a 4

I am like you years behind technology wise.

Galaxy S2 all the way mate:

*Faster Processor (1 GB Dual Core)
*More RAM (almost 900 MB if I'm not mistaken)
    *Larger Screen (4.3")
*Better Camera (8 MP HD Camera with full 1080p Video)

*On top of this, there is also the easier GUI which means you can delete songs etc without having to plug it into your computer.
*Fully Skinnable (for nicer themes etc)
*LOADS of free apps (which are usually ad supported but they haven't bothered me yet)
*The latest (and best) Google Maps for SatNav which is free

I love my S2 and have used iPhones for the past 3 years or so...glad to be rid of them tbh

iPhone 5 should be announced next month with an autumn release, I'd hang on to see what apple reveals, iPhone 4s technology is well over a year old now.

Desire is nowhere near as good as the S2 though, so can't be compared.

Nev, If I were you I'd go to your nearest decent phone phone and have a good play with both of them.........just because someone else likes a particular phone doesn't mean you will mate.

Having said all that, I wouldn't have an Iphone if it was given to me....bloody hate Apple.

i phone 4 will reduce the strength of any networks signal, the bumper will help but still wont be as good as the same network on any other phone.
theres a measurement for the signal strength and i phone rarely works with 1 bar and 2 signal bars on the i phone is the equivalent to 1 signal bar on any other phone.
if you are contemplating the i phone 4 do it with the bumper on as you will always need it, but you would be mad to get an i phone 4 when the i phone 5 is so close.
i have a 4 and im waiting for the 5 to complain about signal (dont get any at home) and i either want a 5 or cancellation of the phone. had 2 androids and dont like them either. hope this helps
