What test kits you using? I very much doubt you have 0 phos

 

ok why ask if u dont beleave me i dont test mag

you say you know the basics, I think you need to know a bit more and take advice from the guys on here.they are only trying to help. .as for a sump its not as difficult ass sounds,post the size of the space you have and we can work out the best for you

Why ask how to lower nitrates if you just dismiss the suggestions given

 

the prob i have found is that 2 meny ppl tell u dif things to do and not to do

 

So do I and my po4 is 0.14 ATM

 

We have pellets and rowaphos ATM and still have phosphate

 

Well I found an easy way to decide who to listen to, pick the persons tank you most want yours to be like and take there advice, all the people that have advised you so far have stunning tanks so they must know what there talking about

 

except me....mines a bag of plop...but that what you get for neglecting it for a year

 

It's not a matter or believing you or not hun it that certain test kits are a load of rubbish and give false readings. So far what people have been telling you is not conflicting advice at all. They all say you are over stocked and I'm pretty sure you yourself already know this. As I asked before, where abouts do you live? I'd be happy to help you out. Were all here to help!
