Ye it's what iv always used and had no problems ph 8.4 ammonia 0 ppm nitrite 0 ppm and nitrate oppm calcium 21 drops so that's bang on and ph bang on so kh was bang on when tested. Did 10 percent water change as it's going OK n 3rd week of set up wanted let it get going first
