and loved it. It's great sitting in the conservatory watching the fish in the window....so it got me thinking....time for another upgrade.

So after a lot of planning and research I came up with an idea which I am currently building it will have a 5 foot long window by 18" tall with a waterfall and LED lighting. So far I have got the wood fastened it together bought all the gear and am just waiting for the glass to be delivered. I will update when I can but this give an idea what nit will be like.

No the frame was £1000 I have built the whole thing for £750 including the filtration and waterfall.
The glass is 3" bigger all round than the window apiture and will simply sit on a rail and be held in place by the water pressure. the seal will be made with gold label silicone which after talking to others that have done the same thing many times I am more than confident.

Ps the glass is 12mm thick toughened and then heat soaked which makes it extremely tough.

    Well it's 6" x 4" so it's pretty solid.
