    But you could be throwing your money away on other things but at least you have the enjoyment of your tank.

    Na not really interested in SEAHORSES lol. As for the gee gee type I didn't think they do a tank large enough. Hysterical

    It's a very rare weekend that goes by without having to spend something on the tank,, this week it's frozen food and salt.

    By by £75, it was nice knowing you :-( :-(

    With number of fish somewhat depleted the amount of food has reduced so won't need to buy any for a while , outlay at present is just salty water and bird food .

    Get it from lfs they also sell few pet supplies. gotta feed mi pheasants.

    I spend a lot of money on my reef tank, but get something back from frag sales to fellow reefers as and when they become available. I am being very careful with spending lately though.

    This hobby does have deep pockets VERY deep ones at that yes but.......

    I can remember a few years ago I past a comment to the effect of "They are only fish" not realising they become part of the family and I got my head chewed off from [MENTION=17165]les[/MENTION].

    Now If my tank needs it or my fish start knocking on the glass looking at me with eye's wide open I will do what's best for them.

    So if you can make a few quid from frags go for it because Ive spent thousands of pounds over the last few years and love it and my fish :)

    Most of my equipment is second hand inc the tank itself and the lights When I have bought new it's been ona special offer or at a discount. I have had many bargains bought like that and have another Tunze 6040 second hand on it's way to me soon. :biggrin:
