The tank in its temporary position in my dining room.

with a sump that is 38"x17"x17" with a water level of around 11" making a total volume of 487lts minus displacement.

I was going to buy a rdc-850 but got messed around by someone on UR and they kept my money for two weeks, during that time Alex on here was selling the bubble magus nac5 so I went with that.

Just waiting for my computer fan to arrive to extract the moisture from inside the cabinet so at the moment I have got the doors slightly open.

I decided to go with the dual stand pipe.

I have since added two duck bills to the return pipe.

The day came to do the transfer and my brother robm was helping me out.

Iv got around 32kg of live rock and around 27kg of crushed coral sand

I was waiting for my two 120watt led units to be delivered so our rob gave me one he had until mine arrived.

The bit I was dreading! The aqua scaping. It's got to be the most stressful time of setting up your tank.
With a slightly cloudy tank I started the rock work and luckily it all just went together sort of how I'd pictured it. Prob because I could hardly see what I was doing:)
these are with one 120w unit and slightly cloudy water

    Thanks,
the LEDs are sitting on the pipes temporary until I find a tidy solution to hanging them.
Surprisingly they don't seem to heat up that much at all;)

I've gone for a lower scape because my previous setup was quite high and took up allot of swimming space and I also ran out of space for corals,
But now I have got much more swimming space and much more space for corals.
If I do add more rock it'll go in the sump in the return section.
    Big Thumbs Up

    My previous setup.

It looked nice but with all the rocks in a pile like that it wasn't very good for the flow:(
