Marine Debut

Hello All.

I’ve been on here a while now and post the odd time but I’m here for advice please! I’ve always done freshwater fish in the past and have always wanted to go for a Marine setup (Fish & Coral) I’ve been researching and also been to my LFS for advice to see how much this hobbie could cost to set up.

So I’ve been looking about at my LFS for which size and style tank suits me and come across a Aqua Marin 900 (Which my LFS told me this is a new brand) which I thought was nice.

So I went through all what I would need to setup with them and I came to a ball part figure of £1800. This would include the following -

Tank
Stand
Lights (Not the lights in the photo)
Sump
Heater
Pump
Skimmer
Sump pump
Test kit / refractormater
Live rock
Salt water
Substrate

May be difficult for you guys to say but just wondered what all your thoughts were on the price ?

I’ve attached a photo of the tank setup in the LFS.

Thanks for your reply, He didn’t mention what brand but it was one on a aluminium rail...Sorry for lack of info
