i have a 230 litre tank how much live rock should I have in a fish only system and as I don't have a sump the rock will be the only filtration for bacteria.apart from a skimmer and a filter filled with floss and rowaphos.

1kilo per 10 litres is the standard equation, but if you want more that will be fine. Depends how heavily stocked you want to be. What chemical filtration will you run? Skimmer?

Ozones are good but the exit of your skimmer has to run through carbon.
