I use a 10w LED flood light, nice and cheap. They do 30 and 50w ones as well.

I am still using the LEDs and I have had to regularly harvest the cheato. Normally throw a bucketful away every few weeks.

I use a 50w unit and boy does it grow Chaeto! It does run a bit warm so I will probably swap to a 20 or 30 in the spring, either that or buy a chiller, if I do I'll kp the 50

I use the day white, but was thinking of trying the warm white 3000k next time. I think killi was using a 3000k bulb with great results.
