    Re: Sun Coral

    Cheers again mateBig Thumbs Up

Its not too bad to be honest. Ive read the black sun corals are abit more sensitive though? I feed mine daily with mysis shrimp although I appreciate daily is probably not required. It says in most books to feed atleast twice a week but I have just decided to give it a nice feed for its first couple of weeks in my tank and feed everyday. I may drop this down abit but for now it appears to be doing really well!

I suppose the tricky part is finding a nice spot for it, somewhere pretty dull for lighting. Another thing is also making sure you feed each head when feeding but to be fair, again this is pretty easy. A couple of squits of mysis with a pipette and its happy, only takes 10 seconds whilst feeding the fish.

Luckily my pepps arent that interested either as I have also read shrimps can rip the food out of the heads of sun corals:eek: I just stand guard for a few minutes while they eat the mysis lolsmiley-sex020

Thanks again for the kind words, its nice to know I am doing something right! Its scary moving from softies lol
