Kippers

I love kippers and have done since I was a nipper, my dad got me eating them. I often wonder in this day and age how popular they are, until the technique is learnt eating them is a PITA but once mastered they are to die for IMO.

Does anyone else like them?

Hysterical No mate they're full of bones, you need to know which side of the kipper to get the meat from (the outside of the fish) and how to remove the flesh to leave the bones behind which is pull from the lateral line towards the top/bottom then into a butty and eat :)
