I want to store ready mixed RO/salt in my 200 litre vat outside.

What would I need to do if I was to do this?

A Pump to circulate it and a heater on in it at all times?
Or would I be able to mix for a while and then shut it down till needed and then stick a pump in again to mix it up n oxygenate the water up again add a heater n then put in tank?

Also will this method damage the quality of water if left with no circulation etc?

Now don't take this as the gospel, but when I used to buy seapure ( caribsea ) purified seawater ... It had a use buy date of years on it. The only thing I used to do was open the plastic billet can it's sold in and add the bacteria strange liquid to it... (Small sachet under the bottle lid) Should imagine it was something akin to stresszyme+ but for marine..

I make up enough water for 2 weeks changes and do 1 change then put the rest of the water in a 25l container for the week after and its been fine. I don't agitate or circulate it. Just warm up it before I do the change as its very cold being in the garage

Cheers guys. So currier do u use a power head to keep it circulating all the time?
Or do u just put the salt in the container and leave it to disolve over a few days?
when I do water changes I do 50 litre a go. So 200 ltrs salted ready to go would make my life a lot easier.

I think only use a power head when dissolving the salt and curing it....

Nice one. I'm guna salt up the container when it gets full. And pop a bump in it for a while. Then close it up until I need to dip into it. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated:)
