    Im confused now is the s1 s2 and s3 the flow control or is it the 12v / 24v?

    The new controller will be having a built in s1 s2 s3 as a built in variable power. The old controller don't have that function that's why you buy the extra 12/24v supply. The controller from uk will be the new ones I think.

    Think the settings for s1,s2 & s3 will be 24v,18v & 12 v ? Whereas the variable power supply has 8 voltage settings.

    houston we have a problem.....
    ok I thought I would cycle through the different modes to see which I preferred better and the pump decided to stop working... the only way I could get it to start was to stick my hand into the tank and give the pump housing a quick squeeze this started it for a few seconds before stopping again, I had to do this on and off for about 10 mins before it started to work properly again, not sure if this is a teething problem as its brand new or a fault with the pump, will keep you updated

    quoted from instructions
    S1: maximal speed
    S2: 75% of maximal speed
    S3: 50% of maximal speed

    it also has its own speed lock

    What are the litre outputs for each setting please?

    the instructions only give two outputs and thats for High constant non variable flow (13,000 LPH)
    and Low constant non variable flow at a third of the speed (4,300 LPH)

    that's for wp40, the wp25 is 8000l on high and 2600l on low.

    Ok that still suits ....so 4000l on 50 % which is what i.m aiming for, thanks again.

    lol I was messing with my settings lastnight and woke up to the sand bed looking like this, which to me looks like the sea bed when ive gone snorkeling

    Yeah I've just ordered the upgraded controller for my WP40 came in at under 12 quid posted!
