Wow that's smaller than i expected. Deffo ordering one of these tonight!
Could you do another piccie but next to a Sky Remote please, we can relate to them.
I believe that as well as being able to step down the voltage by buying the variable power supply, the WP25 now has a revised controller with selectable speeds.
You mean you've never seen a Rubics cube?
Yeh I had one when they came out the first time, its just that long ago lol
They were better the first time around as they had coloured stickers on which you could move to cheat!lol
Sorry off topic!
I was only joking re the Sky remote, its a standard joke on here lol
But thank you anyway, as per your picture they are about from the top to the select button in size, pmsl
Looks about the size of the Tunze 6095
I found the Sky remote comparison far easier than the cube which gave me a memory lane moment
Is it quiet?
Thats why we use them for measuring frags etc pmsl
The remote? Hysterical
mite just get a 25 just for the hell of it
first time i've seen these ph but i'd like to get some that wont throw my sand everywhere
I can see why Tunze are peed off, these look just as good as the 40 and if anything like the performance great value.
well i may as well add it to my setup then, I'm sure if its still too powerful i can find it a willing home lol
Well that has a mute button-does the powerhead?
The powerhead has a slightly audible hum as it changes speed. No one in our house can hear it until you put your ear against the mag mount and then you can pick up the frequency of it, after that it's slightly audible as you know what you're listening for. Is it quiet? I would say that the tank overall is noticeably quieter now than before with the 4 powerheads it had, and the flow is much better. Pretty much silent I'd say.
You're definitely right about the frequency side of it, sometimes I can't hear it at all depending on I don't know what. Seems more like an electrical noise than a vibration. Mine is the 40 & on 16 volts, I'd say it sounds like a very distant pigeon cooing!!! Really strange because I can't always hear it.
