    Still alive and more polyp extension. Didn't realise the green thingy had visible polyps so that's cool.

    montipora capricornis,,,looks to be the white polyp variety,,so possibly someone got it from me,,grew it big then sold it back to Steve

    2 nights and 2 days. Still going strong.
    And that's with 80% intensity on the lights as I turned them down.

    Just a FYI. I have reduced the daylight time by 2hrs. 11.30 to 19.30. So from 10-8 hrs. My plate corals (not monti) seem to be responding better as night and during the day look washed out and thin. Still at 80%
