Id On Little Worm Of The Glass Of Tank

Not sure what this is. Just spotted it when looking at my tank. Tanks been running about 3 weeks.
It's about 3mm long, maybe 4. It's a cloudy see through in colour with a white line in the middle. Moves pretty fast.

Just want to make sure this is safe for my tank. If not I will try and remove it
