how do u remove big bristle worms

    i know we need some bristle worms in the tank to help with the ecosystem but i have a few in here now that's over six inches long .
    best trap ?
    remove by hand ? " this might be painful "
    or remove with tongs ?
    been told you can use a ladies tight as when they go in for the food there bristle get trapped in the nylon , as anyone tried this ?
    any advice or pics of traps

    i use a trap that catches all sizes.you just bait it stick it in the tank and next morning there they are caught,no sore fingers or broken bits of bristle worm
