After introduction every fish eats well housed in a 190L cube, after few weeks they start to swim erratically having difficulty in reaching the bottom of the aquarium.Swimming fine mid tank, eat right up to their death. Any suggestions.

What are your water parameters? Salinity, pH, ammonia, nitrites etc

I would say you have some disease in your system based on the limited information we have

As we are just guessing at the moment without any evidence or further information it would be just a general recommendation:

If you have had a disease in the tank which has wiped out your fish, then a 12 week fallow period is recommended to ensure the disease has died off.

again we dont really know enough about your tank and its history to make this the correct path to follow.

Water tests done on every other day it seems the system suffers KH spikes and troughs caused by topping up the sump every other day.Other than this being detrimental to the more delicate of fish ie three tangs in a period of four months.

how are you getting this to swing to much? But i dont think it would be cause or unless there is a massive salinity swing also.

Evaporation is my problem every day I add between 3&5L of Ro depending on the ambient temperature the above readings are the worst scenario.Hoping an RO auto top up device might be my answer.

an RO autotop up is very important IMO. But will not be the cause of the fish deaths. Whats the total volume of the tank?
