Featured first attempt at breeding clowns

    as per post, they are currently as we speak laying so if you click on my signiture you can see them laying live. I'm going to take pics of the eggs every days and update this thread as it goes on.

    How do you plan on catching the fry dave? A larval snagger?

    had mine 4 years and they always laid but stopped after tank move last year. As soon as I added the gigantea anemone they started laying again. This is about the 6th batch and will be the first time ive tried to save any

    Well at day 3 the eggs turned black and day 4 they looks exactly the same. I will put day 5 pics on later when the lights are on

    yeah pal they turn black after 2 days then they go silver.

    The rotifers have surprised me how well they are doing. I have 2 buckets going and one has a heater in it. The one that is heated is doing twice as well as the one without. Ive just made 2 brine shrimp hatchers using this simple video

    Looking good so far pal, is that tank for after meta ?

    Ie you have a black sided bucket or equivalent for the larvae ?
