Right. Fkin Byropsis is getting me down now. Mag is at 2000, I throw a bottle of Tech M in and it goes brown for a couple of days. Then 2 days later it's green again!! I thought fk it so two full bottles have gone in today ( massive OD I know ). All corals are fine and I can only think the byropsis and the system are soaking it up too fast for it to impact.

I have two bottles left and after this I'm going to Algae X if the lettuce slugs fail which I think they will.

After that, strip down and rebuild or upgrade.

Are the slugs a proven thing or is it a fingers crossed?

They eat it mate for sure as that's their diet. However they ain't the strongest of animals and don't like strong flow, often finding their way blown into power heads etc..

Be honest Chris.......you've seen Dave's (Hazey) aquascaping and thought the same as me (It looks bloody good) and are coming up with excuses to either rescape or better still upgrade and rescape.......

Possible mate, but for £24 quid for 4 it's cheaper than a strip down.

I'm getting that way mate, it will be a total strip down though and if I'm doing that why not go 4 x 2 x 2.

If your gonna do it, you'd better get your reef bones soaking sooner rather than later then (it will probably take about as long as getting a 4x2x2 ordered and made....:whistling:
