+ 1 carlos.. i was thinking you need to go higher and thinner..
+2 but I was remaining polite lol would have posted looks great if it wasnt for other replies
Lol ye you all thinking it but waited till some1 said I like :thumbup1:
There is still a good 4" at the front for plenty of Acans lol
I also did not want it piled up high as I want the swimming space for fish
Looks good to me mate, where did you get the LR from?
It will be hard to judge distances because of the bow front
He found some of the rock in Paul Scotts garden lol
Looks good to me. The main thing is that you are happy with it and can visualise the finished tank. :thumbup1:
not a bad 1st atempt mate but looks a little thrown in to me?
you could make some cracking caves etc with that lot!
get creative dude!!
I will get some more pics later when it clears. May move stuff yet, I will see what the boss says. You won't see the rock when it's full of coral anyway lol
LR was from Paul. Rowa now running and deltec 600 on. Sand in as well.
probably looked a big rough cos had no sand,
will look forward to seeing end product later though mate :whistling:
For me personally chris I think you can do better seems uninteresting if you get my drift i.e all basically one level and just looks like a pile of LR.
Im not trying to be negative but for me looks a little unnatural but as you say once you have corals in it will take on another perspective.
p.s hoping you wanted honest answers otherwise im in for a beating
same here! smiley-sex020
see what you've started though :taunt:
Im never happy with my rock and wish I would have spent more time making it look more interesting, always jealous when I see pics of peoples tanks that have made a real effort with the scape nows the time Chris
Saying that after looking at pics of Chris' last tank as said you wont even see any rock, just a mound of corals :thumbup1:
If your not happy re-scape I've redone mine 6 times. If I were you I'd get through your bad spell and re-scape that way putting the past behind you.
Thats True part of all the fun of Reefing, I'm always moving bits around and taking bits of LR out, I'm sure Chris can has taken the constructive comments very well :whistling:
Looks good in the flesh Big Thumbs Up
To be honest the last time I moved things around caused a huge sand/detritus storm which although was a while ago couldnt have been good. Im almost to worried to move anything these days! Once Chris has padded his tank with acans I cant see him having a rescape!
Anyway, it does look good, Im sure we are all just being picky as you asked for opinions, still looks too close to the front though
Still pretty murky ATM
