Well after what seems like years of yes I am then no Im not, I finally upgraded

I have opted for a vision 260 in black that will be sumped via an overflow box.

Here are a few pics to kick it off

Here is the tank in place after the trip to Yorkshire yesterday. Its going to remain on the side wall of the living room as it wont fit in the corner. However it looks much better in the new spot.

Black acrylic background has been put on the back of the tank rather than painting it.

Pic of the 4 x 2 supports at the back of the tank. There is also the same at the front.

Added 2 x 4 sockets to each side of the tank, giving 16 in total which should be plenty.

And for now thats all I can do. The sump will be coming over from my old tank, leaving me plenty of room in the stand for the ATO and any other equipment I will add.

Im going to be running with no skimmer  MM and cheato. I will be running rowaphos and carbon both in a reactor.

I already have a 4ft 150 x 2 halide with 4 x 24w power compacts ready to add. I will also be adding two blue aquarays either side of the brace bar on a mounting rail.

Tank will have around 40kg of LR and will be a little less 'loaded' than my old tank.

I will be sticking with my LPS for the moment and then making the move to SPS over time ( I hope )
