dsb advice

    hi can i run a dsb in my sump in seperate containers like tyger has done with miricle mud on his reef.

    You could indeed if you get deep enough containers. DSB's need at least 4" depth, preferably 6, depending on the sand you're using.

    I'm not sure what your motivating for tubing the DSB is though, as generally you won't touch a DSB after install other than to top it up every few years, whereas Miracle Mud you have to remove and replace half a year after 18 months (IIRC)

    I have a 4 to 5 inch intank dsb as does heller792
