    finally got my sump moved today and have put my sand, algae and live rock in it. [​IMG]

    after moving my deap sand bed the skimmer is working overtime!!

    i dont know how he got in there the litttle bugger but im sure he didnt get in with my drip! but he was suspiciously close to the area of destruction!

    here he is on the oposite side of the board next to the blast radius... hmmm maybe it wasnt my fault afterall!:tongue:

    all fixed now just to show what damage water can do and even more so salt water as it conducts electricity even better

    no more progress at the moment but the tank is due for delivery in about 2 or 3 weeks so i better pull my finger out of its hole and get on with the stand or else i wont have anything to put it on :dance::dance:

    saw in a different thread you were thinking about Alfa Grog for the back

    have you thought about attaching reef bone plates the the back, might take a bit of cutting and sawing the pieces but could look great with some of the area making a natural spot to attach frags

    thats my plan exactly :D

    im thinking of attacking the plate and bones to black egg crate sections so i can remove it if for maintenance or if i just dont like it, not sure how easie that will be though:whistling:

    Tank is due this Sunday so ive had to pull my finger out of my hole!

    finished welding the frame and then cut the floor up this morning

    i used a pile of 2ps to raise the frame off the floor and get it level
    [​IMG]

    then this afternoon i painted the frame and then filled the base in with concrete. rock solid :D

    Nice welding work, what are u doing re covering the base, are u gonna go with door with hinges or magnets so panels just pull off?

    im not sure what colour but we will be redecorating the clinic soon and i think we will be painting it magnolia with white gloss, boring i know but its clean, bright and warm looking. so ill prob do the panels either mag or white... :scratch:

    umm.... im thinking i want to focus the attention on the tank :rolleyes: could work though, maybe colour match to the coralline? hmmm... thats not a bad idea chap:-d
