Thought it was be about time I stuck up a few pics.

    Long story short:
    I was given a 3 X 2 X 1.5 (L X H X D) free.
    Made stand.
Got it professionally sprayed gloss white.
Everything ready to go, pregnant wife bashes tank with lstep ladders and chips it (couldn't wait for me to get home)

So this was my dilema, I'd spent a fortune getting the tank to this stage, do I ditch it all and get a bigger tank, but have to buy new lights, power heads etc or spend a fortune to get the same size tank.

I tried to get the front piece of glass off, but chipped the side pieces too.

To make matters worse I was told "you have just over a month until the baby is due to get it sorted or its not happening."

Scoured all the sites and its the same old story, whatever you want is either miles and miles away or there isn't anything around.

In the end I got Steve (Burscough) to hook me up a tank.

2 weeks later it turned up (Many thanks Steve)

    So the basic set up for the tank is a 3 X 2 X 1.5 (L X H X W)

There isn't going to be a sump underneath the tank, its going in the garage to rid the lounge of all the humming of skimmers and return pumps.

Here are a few shots of the pipe work, it took ages and was a complete nightmare!!!

On the base went egg crate where the rock work was going to go, then the sand, water then rock work.

So, I started the transfer at 2pm on a Sunday evening and finally finished at 4am Monday morning; as you can imagine I was pretty useless on Monday in work - so no change there then )

    Here is the FTS shots

This is the most recent pictures that I have. Most were taken at the end of Nov, so I'll take a few more when I get time.

Sorry Swin just seen this. Its probably on a lot in the winter, but will be off all summer, so swings and round-a-bouts! The tank is anything but quiet, noisey durso and water going down the bends!!!
