Best aquarium Heater

    I'm looking to get an aquarium heater in before the winter ..
    Due to not having enough sockets I can only have 1 so it has to be well recommended I need one 300 watt for my sump...

    I run titanium heaters with and atc. Only one plug required but the atc creates another 4. Don't know if that would work for you?

    I like the titanium heaters but aren't they really long

    I use the tmc VTherm heaters 200w but I see they do a 300w version, I've had them for over three years and as yet never had a problem with them.

    i've been using a Rena 300w Ceramic heater since back in my freshwater days

    Must be 3 years old now and touch wood....knock knock....it's been brilliant

    I've ordered a eheim jagger .. But I'm not sure if I'm doing right all the
    Other heater I've bought have been 300 w
    But this one according to the specs says I only need a 150 w heater

    250 litres including sump

    Aquariumlife.net calculator says at least 247w, assuming 250 litres =66 USG, not sure how good the calculator is but 150w doesn't seem much
