    It's not badly priced I found and has worked well :) did not take much cleaning either

    Ordered reeflowers large grain sand. Should be here tomorrow. Got live rock in a bucket of salt water. Might transfer it to my sump and close loop the pump and get the skimmer going. Start bedding it in while I wait for the slow fill......

    Small amount of live rock starting to cure.
    Skimmer in.

    Well. 2 steps forward 1 step back.
    Noisy gyre number 2 going back to supplier along with noisy gyre number 1.
    Sand ordered, should have been here yesterday not coming till Tuesday. Started filling with ro. So now have a 3/4 full tank with no sand and no flow pump......
    Not happy.

    Lol, I too am a clothes peg user.

    Yeah, very painful the RO tank fills

    Loving the control the director gives as well.

    Now I'm annoyed!! Ordered sand over a week ago. it turned up today..... It's only the wrong bloody grain size!!! I ordered 1-1.5 I got 0.5-1 mm.
    Worried my pumps will just blast this stuff all over the tank so got to sort out sending it back. Another delay!! Shop not the most helpful it has to be said...

    I would defo send that back will be a sand storm !!

    It's there problem they can arrange to collect it not your fault

    Rang and emailed company twice and no response. Not bloody impressed.

    That is shocking customer service are they very far away as I would email them saying either you sort it or ill bring it back and you can cover fuel costs

    They are I'm Wales so no chance of driving there. Phone call to them tomorrow won't be pretty.

    That's why I don't use mail order luckily I have a very good LFS 5 mins from my house can you not find a local company your way ?

    Lfs couldn't get it in. Online was supposed to be next day.
