The 32mm ball valves from lbs are 32mm inside diameter, where as I was hoping they where like the bends for example which are bigger so the pipe will slot in them :(

I think it would work if I can get some 32mm outside diameter pipe to use as a sleeve.

    Job for tomorrow now anyway.

Is it a 32mm ballvalve you need or the inch one?

My pipework was imperial and I had to convert from 1 inch to 32mm

Snag was the 32mm pipe was too lose in the 1" ballvalve so I had to use plenty of glue and then epo putty around the join as I had a slight leak

I'm not sure to be honest. The pipe I've got is the solvent weld waste stuff from b&q. 32mm inside diameter. I've all the pipe and suitable fitting to suit this. The outside diameter is 36mm. So I need a ball valve that's either 32 outside so pipe slots over or 36 inside so the pipe slides in. If you see what I mean?

Dont think they do ballvalves in 36mm mate

Can you not take it back to b&q and get standard sizes?

    25mm 32mm or 40mm are standard afaik

I know the 25mm is metric for 3/4 inch

32mm is the metric for 1"

    You can get reducers etc

Have a look on coral culture website they do metric and imperial and converters etc

    Yes mate afaik

It used to be 3/4 and 1 inch etc

Unless I am talking ******** and it is the outside diameter

Confirm on coral culture plumbing section to be sure though

On coral culture if you order the 32mm pipe then that will fit in the 32mm tees bends ballvalves etc that they sell as well

Oh and don't do what I did order loads of teese etc and then get the screw ones as I picked the wrong ones

Obviously the same goes for 25 and 40mm stuff as well

For some reason banq etc use non standard or slightly varying size's etc so 32mm is nor quite 32mm I know I tried doing it that way as well lol
