I started with a copperband, ate my acans so had to go. Got a filefish, finished off what was left of my acans and my blastos. I now have a totally aiptasia free tank, but n lps either!! True peppermint shrimp are very effective, but you won't see them and it can take some time before they decide to eat aips.

I’m stuck with what to do, I only have a nano tank so not big enough for a filefish. I was told Berghia Nudibranchs was the best thing but would have a clue where to get them

The problem with the berghia nudibranchs is once the aptasia is gone they will die as they don’t eat anything else. The
Aptasia-x Jim mentioned works well but you have to target the aip just right or they can end up spreading.
