Adding YouTube videos to your signature

    For those who try to add a YouTube video to your signature, you will find it automatically embeds the video within the signature. Even if you try to force a URL link (which should take you to the youtube page) it forced an embedded video.

    So, this becomes a problem, generally because a single user signature will take up a lot of page space and in turn just make it unsightly, so here is the solution...

    This will allow you to grab a link to your video which does not get automatically embeded. The rest of the signature works as normal.

    1. Navigate to your YouTube video you want to link to.
    2. Click on Share underneath the video. This will provide you with a link. For example:
    3. Use that link to create a link in your signature, for example
    [ URL="http://youtu.be/pFEgWG36r5U"]My Fish Tank[ /URL]
    The outcome will be something like this:
    [URL="http://youtu.be/pFEgWG36r5U"]My Fish Tank[/URL]
    Note: Remove the spaces in around the "URL" tags within step 3 if you wish to copy this. Spaces have been added to create this example.
