when did you switch sump lighting James?

are you using the lower K spectrum rating you mentioned previously?

no problems with any of the species of algae flowering?

Haha, I'll sort some more pictures out. nothing much changed recently.

Had this one for ages, it just has the red and blue leds, seems to do the trick. Never really been that worried about the flowering, don't know how often it occurs. mine is nearly on 24hrs now, and I don't think they tend to flower if they are lit all the time do they?

That should be fine. I'm working 10x18 but can always nip home, unless you want to come first thing?

Well not done any updates for a while, think I had a bit of a downer on the tank. Been away a bit and its just slipped a little.

Well a couple of weeks ago I started getting things back on track, gave all the pumps a good clean, and a couple of days ago bought 7 peppermint shrimps to get on top of the aiptasia. I think this was the main this that was pi**ing me off. I was going to use berghia again, but berghia online never replied to my emails.
Already the shrimps have started, slowly but surely, seen a couple near where they have been hanging out disappear!

You might be having a "downer" on your tank James, but it still looks great!!!

I have the change the light settings to take any pictures as it always shows up too blue, but not bad for a phone.

    Thanks Roger

I hope so, might try and get a couple more this week, thy work loads better in numbers.

Cheers Pete, thought it was, just wasn't sure.
