    well it was a bit tough..managed 1.5 miles averaging 12.5mph, before it was too uncomfortable.

    Do you just have a pole on the bike instead of a seat?

    I put a gel seat on it ...what you moaning about PMSL.
    PS I did 2 miles just on my warm up.... last ride on it 50 miles .... theres your challenge !!!!

    my son in law assures me its a ladies gel seat.. :p

    bear in mind I haven't done martial arts now for 10 years,,and not rode a bike since I passed my test in 1989..i thought I did quite well :p

    You only rode for 7.2 mins then? Slower and longer to get you started

    Look on the bright side at least you don't have to buy a helmet, it would take longer to put it on than you were on yer bike. ;)

    your gonna be embarrassed when I get fitness level up,,as I like doing stunts and wheelies....so get practising :p

    just need seat , pedals,,,, , the lock ins seem ok,,but I am not ready for them yet..and pressing the lock ins with trainers hurts ya feet

    not sure but may also need a new gear cassette too, as it hops gears if you back pedal

    cleaned and lubed deraliur as instructed by future son in law, and chain hopping seems to be cured... :)

    he did say its a consumable anyhow and if your riding em properly they should be changed yearly at minimum and at £ 20 a pop niot too bad

    anyhow so its seat and ppedals then...unless I try the clipon shoes,,,but scared incase I fall off ..and cant put me feet doon....lol...look mum no teeth

    By the way Nev you burnt 67 calories today, to put that in perspective a coffee with 1 sugar and milk is 200 calories!
