well it was a bit tough..managed 1.5 miles averaging 12.5mph, before it was too uncomfortable.

Do you just have a pole on the bike instead of a seat?

I put a gel seat on it ...what you moaning about PMSL.
PS I did 2 miles just on my warm up.... last ride on it 50 miles .... theres your challenge !!!!
my son in law assures me its a ladies gel seat..
bear in mind I haven't done martial arts now for 10 years,,and not rode a bike since I passed my test in 1989..i thought I did quite well
think its an age thing lol.

what about you ride here,,,we both ride to yours,,, then you gimme a lift home in car
just need seat , pedals,,,, , the lock ins seem ok,,but I am not ready for them yet..and pressing the lock ins with trainers hurts ya feet
not sure but may also need a new gear cassette too, as it hops gears if you back pedal
cleaned and lubed deraliur as instructed by future son in law, and chain hopping seems to be cured...
he did say its a consumable anyhow and if your riding em properly they should be changed yearly at minimum and at £ 20 a pop niot too bad
anyhow so its seat and ppedals then...unless I try the clipon shoes,,,but scared incase I fall off ..and cant put me feet doon....lol...look mum no teeth
By the way Nev you burnt 67 calories today, to put that in perspective a coffee with 1 sugar and milk is 200 calories!
