However just in case here is a quick help guide to stay cool
I am not going to get involved in what the right or wrong temperature to keep your tank at as peoples views will vary greatly. However I think we all know that if temperatures in your system are pushing the 29 degrees things are getting a little close to the mark.

i was ask to post a tank thread so here goes , first thing first the chimney breast had to come out
then i board the walls and had it plastered
it was only two week ago i managed to put the floor down
i have been working on getting all the bits together ,

i also built a wier in tank and reef flush and made my own 5mm black acrilic weir cover and comb
Hiya im thinking of having a larger angel and was just wondering what would be the safest bet not to nip on my corals i was thinking a majestic or maybe a blue face.it will be going in a 150 gallon start with but time its gets a bit bigger i will upgrade again its the perfect excuse
Hi does anyone know if i will need to reinforce my floor for the tank will be 150 gallon with the sump then i would say about 50kg of rock.Its a old terraced house and will be going across the joists.The trouble is its rented so i dont fancy ripping up the new carpets and the flooring so what are my chances if i risked it.My theory is because its a cube the weight will be placed evenly over the joists making it more stable :roll:

I had it made at a cost of £215
Filtration is a simple Fluval Fx5
useing a mix of media's, sponge's, rowaphos etc
Skimmer is a simple deltec mce 600
with impeller modifications to produce...
