' I used to think SPS were just sticks, now I think they are just sticks with colour'
I have never stuck to one brand. At the moment I have a bucket of Reef Crystals ready for salting up my new reef.

Using tetra recently as it dissolves so quickly compared to many others
Only one motto in life...DILLIGAF
Have got some instant ocean, but box never been opened, as am afraid am very lazy and buy my salted water from my lfs as they make it up there (lot less hassle). They make it up to all correct levels and keep it mixed and warmed can just bring home and add to tank when doing change. Very lazy I know, but seams to work.
Can I be cheaky and ask how much you pay for a bucket? Just curious. I can see why you would want to do that for sure.
Red Sea Coral Pro at the minute. I know some of you think it's low in mag, bubt Ihave a whole bucket left, and I ant chucking it !!!
Cheers, Roger

I use red sea coral pro. Does the job for meOriginally Posted by Whipitup
Tropic Marin Pro Reef.
Have used this since setting up the tank as its what the closest fish store to me uses.
Having bought 75% of my fish from them, it seems to have given me good acclimatisation.
It dissolves very well and very quickly and levels are reasonable enough. Need to add small amounts of mag and calc but a good all round salt.
I use Red sea coral pro as I got it in a trade in . After this it will be the cheapest in the shops at the time![]()
