Just out of Interest, how do PPL feed there calcium reactor. when I got my first Calcium reactor the TMC 1000 It was gravity fed and never found any Issues, since then its been a few years setting one up and I fed the Deltec via a Tee off the phosphate reactor feed pump. I had a few issues with it stopping. I have just set up the new one the same way and I'm now debating to gravity feed it or Via a D&D peri pump.
so PPL how do you feed yours and any issues you have come across wether gravity-Tee-Peri pump and what peri pumps you use.

Re: How do you feed your calcium reactor
The feed just stopped working randomly. Not sure why or what was causing it. Soon as I changed the feeding method things improved and I've not had any issues since. Test my dKH once a week now it's running that smoothly.

mate, I know from when I had the TMC one it came with a small basket so nothing could get to the tube to block it. maybe some food got in your gravity feed pipe.
