Wait till lights out... Shine a torch in the corner of the tank..after a while the flatworms will gather around the light and you can syphon the majority out. I have used flatworm exit with success but make sure you syphon as many out as possible first as flatworms dying en mass can cause issues. Some wrasse also provide a natural remedy.

    Hi
Tried wrasses and nudi's but found flatworms exit to be instantaneous and effective......with the use of slot of carbon...

Wrasses and syphon them out. Its not the best job but it works if you keep at it.

Never had much success with flatworm exit as it only stuns them not kills them
