No links, Private Messages, emails or any other form of communication maybe used to relate information to any other forum of the same nature from this board. Nor should any other forum or web site be promoted without the agreement of the board owner. If these terms are breached then this could result in legal action being taken against the person / persons involved. In the same instance no links in signatures to any related marine business other than those listed in the ' Free Ads ' sections will be allowed and will be instantly removed. Any signature links to any other external sites will not be allowed unless agreed by the board owner. No links to donation sites will be allowed unless first agreed with the board owner.

It is down to the board owner and admin to decide when a classifieds ad is valid under the classifieds section on the forum or not. For example no illegal / copied items will be allowed and will be removed instantly. No personal services 'offered' will be allowed in any section of the forum unless agreed by the board owner first. It is in the members interest for the board owners and admin to protect the members from 'rogue' sales and this is down to the board owners discretion and their decision will be final. The forum has a minimum post count of 25 posts and a minimum membership term of 14 days before a user is allowed to the classifieds sections on the board. If it is deemed that a user has spammed the board in order to achieve their min 25 post just to sell, then the users post count will be re-set to zero and a 30 day ban implemented for the classifieds sections. If sales within the classifieds are deemed to be of a commercial nature these will also be removed from the board without notice. You agree that you will create a single user account and no others. The use of multiple accounts will be restricted to sponsors only to distinguish between private and commercial use. Multiple accounts may be deleted, and where a multiple account is used in a manner which may violate any part of this user agreement, both multiple and primary accounts may be suspended.


In addition to all other terms and conditions contained within this agreement, you agree that you will not post or transmit any material or content which could be deemed by the owner or representatives of The Salty Box as "spam" or "junk". If your account is suspend / deleted we request that you do not re-register on the forum as the same or different user name / names or in any other registration alias. Failure to follow this will be deemed by the owner as spam registrations and the necessary actions taken in reporting of the I.P to the said users ISP and in this case :- We reserve the right to reveal your identity (whatever information The Salty Box forum holds on your registered user name) in the event of legal action arising from any message messages posted by you.
