get this error still when i try to add a link fro, photo bucket ?
I know its not a gif but can we only link GIF files know ?

if you are linking from photobucket why not just use the image tags and copy and paste straight into the post?

Your doing it wrong

all you do is past the IMG link direct into your post

like [IM G]http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r97/wave-ace/045.jpg[/IM G] I have a and G so it dont work

with out the spaces
