It coincided with the like feature being enabled again. Not sure if it was linked to that, it was a bit irritating like you say.

It was disabled because of a security issue, and then re-enabled. I think it was at this point what the OP is saying it was happening. Once we had reimported the relevant plugin, it put the layout back to how it should have been.

Both the Likes and the Share links etc are one of the same product.

I didn't want to re-enable them until we had a fix, but we know what Big D is like, with his 'I want it done now' emails.
